They never pick up their phone. I called for 15 minutes straight and no one answered. I guess they don't want any business.
I love Subway Waipahu servers were fast and courteous food was excellent
Worst Subway experience ever. I used the BOGO offer on the app and picked up my sandwiches, but when I got home, I found they were tiny and missing ingredients. There was hardly any chicken, lettuce, or spinach, and not a shred of cheese. My "beast" sandwich, meant to be 1/2 pound meat, had about a quarter of that. After multiple calls, I finally reached someone who told me they were instructed to skimp on the sandwiches because they were free and had a lot to make—despite me being the only customer in the store.
