Second time I went here and the bread was stale. What happened to baking bread daily?
Good service, manager was able to work by himself and get everyone taken care of. Subs are getting expensive
What's the point of an online order if you have to wait for them to finish making everyone's sandwich who's ordering in person and I have to wait 30 minutes over my estimated pickup time.
Decided to try the pretzel and they forgot the cheese dipping sauce, of course I didn't notice until i was home. Ordered 2 veggie subs and didn't say "light" for any items....yet the one $9 "veggie" sandwich literally had 6 spinach leaves. This order was placed online for pickup and i tipped nearly 25% to the "sandwich artist". It was disappointing for sure
It's NOT a fancy place at all !! “Ready for grab to bite” place. One of its kind place in Japan. But it's NOT here in US.
