I had a very troubling experience at this Subway location involving an elderly employee. After placing a simple order and paying with my card, I later discovered that a tip had been added without my consent. I never authorized a tip, nor was I given the option to add one. When I confronted the employee, she claimed she had voided the transaction, but my bank clearly showed the charge had gone through, including the unauthorized tip. i love this subway mostly for June! i’m right in the middle of 3 subways all within the same distance, but i always come here for June. she’s always so kind and funny. very sweet older lady. the food was good too.
I definitely agree with the last review. My family and I just left this Subway location and the food was terribly stale. The place looks old, not inviting at all. The bread is awful. I had wheat and my husband, son, and daughter had white bread… all stale. The cashier #69 as it said on the receipt (no names) anymore, she was very upset that we didn’t leave a proper tip.
