After a morning of touring the Thornton area with my parents, we stopped in at this Subway for a quick lunch, and it was exactly what we wanted. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff made the experience smooth and pleasant.

I’ve had ongoing issues with the accuracy of my set removal order at this location. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect once again. I attempted to contact the store by phone but was unable to reach anyone, and I didn’t have the time to visit in person. Despite giving the location a second chance, the issue persisted. I also tried calling again to have the matter resolved, but the phone appeared to be off the hook for over two hours. My expectations are extremely high when I eat at Subway. I worked there for several years if that counts for anything. I started as a sandwich artist, and eventually worked up to management. This Subway had perfectly baked bread, with the "toppings" looking, and tasting fresh! My sandwich was absolutely delicious, I couldn't save any of it! The restaurant was clean, and things were neat!
