They gave me part of my order and were out of one of the items. Didn't mention it to me just wrote it on the back of receipt. I was not refunded for this 6 dollar item I didn't get and can't seem to find any phone number for online ordering I can call to get my money back. You should not have to hunt down a refund for an item you were not given. Ridiculous.
Who ever owns this place needs to get control. I watched the employee give change back, then make my sandwich . I didn't want to be rude- had to ask the employee to wash hands, before making my sandwich.

This Subway location is disgusting. Both times I’ve been there, it was extremely dirty, they were always out of chips, and the workers seemed high as a kite. They were nice, but they completely mischarged for products. The first time I visited, the customer in front of me was clearly overcharged. When they pointed it out, the staff adjusted the price to the correct amount. The second time, I ordered a 6-inch ham and roast beef sandwich, and the cashier tried to charge me $11.99.
