Store manager doesn't care about customers at all. I tried to order take out using the app on 7/5, the app showed me payment wasn't successful while on my bank account I saw the transactions after I tried 4 times. I went to the store to make sure I won't be charged 4 times and the lady there (was very nice btw) told me they have no internet because of the storm and only cash is accepted. Will not be returning to the Randolph subway location ever again. The manager/owner was extremely rude to me as well as his trainee employee. I asked for one sandwich and I guess the manager told the trainee 2 sandwiches, however, there were multiple people ordering so I didn’t realize he was making two of my exact order until he was almost done and then I informed the trainee that I had only ordered one sandwich.
