Not the second third of fourth time they have made my food wrong and refused to remake it! I spent $50 plus dollars to have food delivered the driver that picked up the food gave my food to someone else and they still refused to remake my order! They are rude and incompetent! I wanted to leave a kind review for Mike at Subway store #12505-0 on Broadview Rd in Cleveland. My husband and I were out on a date in a part of town we were extremely unfamiliar with, and we needed somewhere safe to park for about 30–45 minutes. I went inside, introduced myself, and asked if it would be okay to leave our vehicle in their lot for a short time. Mike was incredibly kind and reassuring.
