Worst subway in groton. Go to literally any other one! Placed order online at 11:30, told me it was ready at 12. I show up at 12:10 and the woman told me she hadnt made it yet. I said ok, ill wait. She kept asking me what i ordered, I told her it is all on the online receipt. Then everytime a new person walked in she told them she “couldnt help them because this lady ordered so much food”. I ordered 2 footlongs…….. that was it. I didnt leave until 12:45.
Really bad place they have in the website close at 8 and if you go at 7pm Is ready close New Date 10/20/13 I go but the foot long and soda and the miss charge me 19.75 they take my money what happen ? With the guys in the store ? They do wherever they wan or what the place is really really bad omg honestly they place is really bad
The Indian lady that worked on August 4, at about 1pm, was either racist towards black or having a bad day, bad customer service, she scorned to give me the money, didn’t feel welcome, also I was told they don’t have restroom.
