Rude customer service on 2/1 night shift. The employee was making sandwiches, which is fine, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment despite being the only person waiting. I asked what time they were closing, the employee raised his voice and snapped, “TEN!” Not a welcoming experience, especially when asking such a simple question. Basic courtesy goes a long, long way.

We received our food like this. They weren’t trying to be careful while folding the tortilla. Not a great experience.

I’m beyond frustrated with my experience at this Subway. I ordered my usual sandwich and selected "no onions" on the app because I have a severe onion allergy. Despite this, the sandwich I received was loaded with onions—making it not only inedible but potentially dangerous to my health. I called the store immediately and spoke with an employee named Lee. I came in the store around 9:45pm January 26 2025 and tried to order first Brandon lied and told me store was already closed after I showed him the time and let him know the store closes at 10 he proceeded to make rude comments about how nobody has came in store in the last two hours and I was slowing him down from closing.
