Asked for extra chicken and this is the 2nd time we were told no that they cannot give me extra chicken unless they charge me for an entire salad. If you order online you still might as well be in the lobby or they will do the crumbyest job possible. Coupons only work online yet you half ass it.. I've never gotten exactly what I order when we do it online so I'm not sure what the purpose of doing that for you to ignore is.
