I came to visit from US. There is a subway next to my house so I came in hoping same pleasant experience. It was huge disappointment! The staff doesn’t understand English I had to point at the food I want. They also speak English with heavy accent. So, they get extremely rude and impatient. It was a nice Canada trip until this visit . Also, they mischarged me for less . They simply don’t care.

I was there with my sister yesterday, we ordered two different sandwiches, this was the only thing we both ate yesterday and today we both woke up vomiting and feeling very sick, with a terrible discomfort that still hasn’t gone away, we don’t know what kind of hygiene they have at that place but be very careful, we will never eat at Subway again, never!

I orders through app. When I pick up my order, I see the lady preparing two sandwiches with white bread. I thought it was someone else’s as I orders two Italian breads. Then she calls my name for the order. I specifically confirmed that they used Italian bread. The lady at the till look into my eyes and say it’s Italian bread. I came home thinking maybe I was mistaken. But no, she just lied straight to my face.
