I had a great experience at Subway around 6pm thanks to the young lady working . She was very polite, professional, and attentive while taking my order. She made sure everything was prepared properly and truly went above and beyond to help. I really appreciate her she helped me in suggesting sandwiches and explaining menu. She is so polite.This location is close to my work place. I think they may have hired new staff, but she has completely changed my perspective.I will definitely come again. Thank you for helping me today.

Excellent service by Shivangi! She was very polite and made my 6-inch sandwich perfectly—well stuffed, nicely sauced, and very fresh. Everything was prepared with clean hands and great attention to detail. Overall, very good customer service and a great experience.

I experienced most unprofessional customer service from Simron. There was no greeting upon arrival, and I was not asked how she could assist me. After I placed my order, she stepped away to use her phone for several minutes. Additionally, I noticed a hygiene concern. She handled the oven and trays and then continued serving without changing her gloves. I requested that she change her gloves, as this raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
