Not good customer service, so rude behaviour
As a customer, I asked them to pack footlong bread separately because it becomes soggy & I have to eat it later on . 2 girls working there refuse to give me fillings in a separate container .Most unsatisfactory service .They cannot even give a container free for food .Shocking. Poor service & trying to save on small paper container.
I’ve been going to this location since it has opened and they’re great.
I ordered online for 12:30 pm, but they got my food ready at 1pm, saying they got 8 order before me, but I only see 3 people there when I arrived at 12:25. And no one for pickup they were all just walked in. You’ll see how sluggish these staffs are.
