My daughter and I went into to the mall location to order two footlong sub combos. The woman took my order, which was a steak sub. She huffed and puffed, throwing peppers all over. When it was time for my daughter to order, she asked if she could please change her gloves, as she is s vegetarian. The woman was visibly annoyed. I asked her if everything was okay. We waited 10 minutes for them to sell us some water. And they didn't. this person
I went to this subway a few days ago. The charge on my card came from a storage facility, not subway. My bank flagged it and locked my card. Now, I have been trying to call this location for well over an hour, but they seem absolutely incapable of answering their phone. The other reviews are also atrocious. Seems like this subway location is not worth the hassle. Customer service literally doesn’t exist here. They’re lucky they are in the mall with all the foot traffic, or they probably would’ve gotten shut down by now.
The short lady who was working at 10:30 am refused to sell me a side of sauce. She said we don’t do that sorry. When she is not there, I can always purchase sides of sauce. She is just not a pleasant person to be around. Miserable.
Accidently left phone, came back and personnel said was not there. Long story less long i used my smartwatch to locate phone, she acted like she didn't hear it ringing! it was there she had put it under register and had her own sick, twisted plans to be executed later. Thank God for technology!!! Poor representation for your food chain, dishonesty is a big pet leave of mine. Makes you wonder what else is she stealing????
