Went in during a dinner rush (7pm) and see there’s only one staff member working with a line of 3+ people. Someone (who I’d assume is the manger) was standing there watching her serve customers and snapping his fingers to tell her what to do (also she was going to wash her hands between serving people and you stopped her from doing so?) The lady named harman doesn’t sell gift card. I don’t know why like my friend tried to buy a $10 gift card and she denied her the service and we always buy side of chicken from Subway for our dogs all the time and everybody sells it but every time my friend tries to buy it from her, she denies it. I just don’t understand. Why can’t you sell a simple gift card? Is there a policy not selling a gift card?
