Very disappointed on the food and service! I ordered a flatbread sandwich and the bread was a floor tortilla. So dang thin it was unbelievable. The quality has changed! . They only had 1/2 of the toppings available. As I was making my selections every time I asked for something the gentleman rolled his eyes at me! The food had no flavor even with a sauce added! I will no longer go there and pay that price for poor quality food!
The new girl did really well with my sandwich and the customer service was amazing best customer service I’ve ever had along with she listened and put everything I asked.
Definitely need to teach their employees what pepper jack cheese is and how to properly make a sandwich for some reason the new girl put the wrong cheese after being told three times what cheese I wanted and she only put the cheese on half my sandwich I don't know if they are training their employees different now but when I worked at subway we definitely did a thousand times better.
very hard working team, great subway!
They are supposed to close at 9:30 and usually do but here recently they are closed before 9. I got told today by an employee that they had no bread too lol.
