Served us frozen meatballs on a sub, then when confronted, said "are you sure it was this subway?" As if it's not the only subway in a half hour radius that isn't inside of a gas station. They won't take accountability for their errors, I guess?
My server nervously announced to me it was her first day. Though nervous she did a fantastic job.
