I mistakenly placed an order for pick up rather than delivery on March 31st. I contacted the store several times to cancel the order but no one answered the phone. I could not leave work to pick up the order so I waited a few hours, expecting the order to be canceled. It was marked as picked up, and I contacted customer support who never contacted me back. I've been playing tag with customer support since April 7th, who has yet to escalate the situation.
People please do not go to this Subway on Pitkin Ave and Sutter. My friend went here for a sandwich and got food poisoning. He was vomiting for days shortly after eating his sandwich. I went yesterday and got a tuna sandwich, thinking it would be ok. When I went back to work the bread was hard and stale. I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I couldn't go back because I was working. The employee since we got there had a attitude already I ask a question he was giving a attitude already how can someone be so mad even before asking a question he cancel my order for no reason
They were closed at 9 on tuesday...sign says mon to fri until 10 pm..."open" sign was lit , doors were locked ...as i left the door an employee stepped out and was looking at the building ..i asked how come it was closed already...after making eye contact ...twice....he hasnt answered me yet...
