My fiance and his coworker went there tonight and as they were ordering a RAT ran across the floor. DISGUSTING they should not be serving food here
A Nasty place with bad service! We ordered nacho chicken, just gave us the pepperoni, two person keep talking to each, ignoring what customer's need, coupon not allowed to use.
Very unprofessional employees. Did not make my sandwich as I requested. I asked for separate packing and they said no. I have never encountered this in any subway location in the last 20 years. Will never go back to this location.
Employees wanted to spend their time talking to each other instead of helping us. We came in hoping to use a coupon. The man at the counter ignored us, stabbing a box of gloves with a knife instead of greeting us or asking if we were ready to order. After I got his attention, I tried to start my order but he cut me off and said, "coupons are for online orders only." (Totally untrue, but whatever). He then proceeded to just ignore us again.
