I came to your location because the one on Kenwood had their front door locked even though they were supposed to be open. Well, no one’s even at your location… So now I’m sitting all the way in Apple Valley. (Not the first time either.) wow!
I get subway a lot. It’s quick and easy and tastes pretty good every time. HOWEVER, tonight 8/24/26 I ordered door dash subway and I got a couple messages from the door dash guy saying there’s only one guy working on a lot of orders and he hasn’t started mine yet. I wasn’t bothered, we’ve all been in situations where we’re short handed and have to lock in to finish the work of 2-3 ourselves. Gotta love Subway Coupons! 1 guy made our food and rang us up. He was absolutely killing it. The subs were made with care... (for reference I watched him picking out undesirable onion pieces) and distributing the toppings properly. No rush. I'm typing while I eat... these 2 sandwiches definitely deserve this review.
Checked out and wondered why my subpar subway sandwich cost me $18.52! This location added a 15% tip without even asking me! Never going to this location again. The sandwich did not warrant ANY tip much less 15%. McStop location from here out. Better yet Jersey Mike's.
Under staffed during dinner hours. Also can’t have sandwiches ready on time from an online order with a hour notice. I really hate this company.
