when you place an online order it gives you a pick up time. the pick up time means your order would be done and ready for you right? well at this subway no that’s not how it’s done. my mom goes to pick up her order while on lunch and it’s not ready, when the workers are asked the question if her order is ready she’s told no that’s she (who placed an order ahead of time) has to stand in line behind all the walk in customers. You order on line and do it the way you want made and they never make it that way if you dont toast it meat cold 3/30/26 came back here again. Let's see if maybe things change. Gotten worse. There's an old lady with such an attitude. She got mad because she didn't make it the way I wanted it. She toasted it and I can't stand toast this sandwiches. She made it the way she wanted it. Ordered on the app and went to pick up my order and they claimed they never received my order even though they charged me. Stay away from them and go somewhere else!!! They will steal your money.
