This subway makes up there own rules on how they accept coupons so I chose to leave. And they barely speak any English. Every franchise should accept coupons
Under new management…restaurant was very clean and I experienced excellent customer service. I will return and as I love Subway!
I visited this location on5/28/26 and will never return. They have a sign on the sandwich window that says they only accept coupons for certain sandwiches in which is false advertising because the Subway coupon doesn’t specify certain sandwiches. It says 2 foot longs for 12.99. Nevertheless I asked the Indian guy if my sandwiches qualify for coupons and he said yes and proceeded to fix both sandwiches. This subway is next to Kroger which makes it easy.
I will never order from this store again first of all they put raw bacon on my sandwich then heated it up on top of that the cheese wasn’t melted and the cheese slices was whole for some odd reason not cut in half i had to go back in the store twice and it was still wrong on top of that cookies felt and tasted a day old the chocolate chips on the cookie look stale need new people or need to shut down
