Didn't receive my order. Arrived to be told they had no more rotisserie chicken and received nothing. Was told to cancel which there was no where in the app to do. Looking back in the app it says order picked up and still charged for it. Very poor customer service
This review is specifically for the female manager who worked today …… even looking at my printed online order, you STILL didn’t get it right???? I received No BACON on my Club Sandwich, no to mention- no onions , no extra oregano, jalapeño or lettuce!!!! I also got a Tuna Sandwich that wasn’t near what I asked for 🤬But when I was standing in your face expressing how I wanted my sandwich… you indicated I was “ Confusing You” Customer service has went to HELL in a hand basket….. I’ll make my own freakin sandwich from now on!

I just went to subway walmart and I ordered# 31 And I had no meat And I pay $11.49 for the sandwich. Now mind you, the white lady behind me. She ordered a sandwich. They fool hot sandwich up with meat. But I guess when you're white your right When you're black, you aint. And a young man that made my sandwich act like he didn't know what he was doing.
