TINY IS AWESOME! There is no way to truly put in word how much of an asset this young lady is to your company. She legit works alone some days and the store RUNS SMOOTHER than butter. I don’t know this girl from a can of paint. But my experiences watching her work alone and the store be CLEAN… FOOD STOCKED AND CLEAN……. I placed an online order. When I got home, I realized my sub didn’t even have half the ingredients I ordered and the pizza was barely cooked.
Fruit flies all over vegetables and they act like they didn’t exist when ask about them. Only Dr Pepper and Pepsi work at the fountain. Ridiculous and poor customer service.
Didn't receive my order. Arrived to be told they had no more rotisserie chicken and received nothing. Was told to cancel which there was no where in the app to do. Looking back in the app it says order picked up and still charged for it. Very poor customer service
This review is specifically for the female manager who worked today …… even looking at my printed online order, you STILL didn’t get it right???? I received No BACON on my Club Sandwich, no to mention- no onions , no extra oregano, jalapeño or lettuce!!!! I also got a Tuna Sandwich that wasn’t near what I asked for 🤬But when I was standing in your face expressing how I wanted my sandwich… you indicated I was “ Confusing You” Customer service has went to HELL in a hand basket….. I’ll make my own freakin sandwich from now on!
