I went 30 minutes before closing and asked if they were open they said yes then I asked for a sandwich they said no although they were serving 2 other customers. Horrible service
I’m not sure what happened. We’ve always had excellent service and the food was always made correctly. Every sandwich was made wrong? They took my daughter’s meatball with banana peppers and olives added and just three meatballs on one side and the veggies on the other. My husbands was supposed to be light veggies and it had so much extra you could make another sandwich. I’m not sure what was up with mine. It was dry, no cheese and I can’t tell there was any meat. This is a really good place to eat at. I loved the customer service here even before I started working here. The food here is really good herenin my opinion and have the best sandwiches and yes we have teenagers working here to give them a great working experience and we go off by what we are told even if it's saving food for the next day because we don't get a food truck that often and your anyone's concern our bosses are in charge not the "kids" who work there.
