I placed an online order via the website, when I went into the location I asked where do I got for online order pickup, the lady said she had no orders. I said I have my confirmation email right here. Now I notice your website changed my pickup time to after 5pm so I did ask about that and she said it doesn’t matter what time the order is for it will automatically show in her system.
