So me and my brother go there at 1030 after lil tecca that is 30min before they close and this big girl looks at us and looks back to her phone she proceeded to ignore us and denying us service of 6inches of pure joy . Then she yells at us and starts recording then we left
Place is fantastic Laura, Jae, and Jimmy are just awesome! Food was excellent!!! Price was high but not the staffs fault. My two toddlers LOVE going here!! Very clean very sweet good hearted people!! A few weird customers in the building demanding to use the restroom like it’s a public restroom n stormed out after being kindly asked if they wanted to place an order. Bless you all n all the crap you go thru!!!

Parents Beware – Not Kid Friendly and Rude Staff This Subway in Troy, MI clearly doesn’t care about families. I came in with my three kids after a long day, ready to sit down and enjoy some warm toasted sandwiches together. Before ordering, I asked if we could use the restroom to wash our hands - as the signs on the bathroom doors instructed.
