Stopped in after graduation.Very disappointed in the availability of vegetables. They were out of almost everything and still had two hours until closing. The girl working said she hadn't had time to prep anything but when we got there, she was hugged up to her boyfriend at a table. Then after she made our sandwich, she went back to the table with her boyfriend. Could not use the bathroom because she said it was broke and literally had crap all over it. Very disappointed in the whole visit.
Went in this evening to get an online order. Im told they dont have this don't have that. OK fine changed one sandwich. He already had mine in the bag. I go out to eat and my bread is ice cold, my chicken ice cold, my bacon raw. I was starving and ate it. Went in for a drink refill told the young man and he didn't apologize or anything he kinda laughed about it and kept flicking thru his phone. The employee Kyle was the best. This was the best experience I have ever had at a subway.
Messed up my order, but the made it right in the end.
NEVER place an order online at this Subway as they will never get your order correct!! I purchased an already overpriced wrap for lunch today and 1/2 of the ingredients were missing. I feel like this is a scam and a fraud that they are running against those that order online. If you feel you want a sandwich from this Subway, I caution you to go inside to order.
