I went in today to order a 3.99 baja chicken, and this lady came to me and told me it's gonna be 7 dls, after I told her I wanted the baja chicken and I painted it at it, she told me I should know that's a wrap or something, she refused to toasted and was so rude, this is the second time I got a bas service.
I order 2 footlongs one toasted and the sub that was not toasted seemed it. The bread was dried out and was not fresh.
Terrible customer service. I just witnessed my coworker who picks up his dinner here everyday get harassed and insulted by a rude male employee. No professionalism.
I come to this sandwich store almost everyday since I moved to Gaithersburg due to it being clean and customer service being nice. There is a sweet old lady that even calls me Michael Jordan. But one experience can ruin everything this location worked for. On 02/06/26 I had ordered a footlong cold cut sub and the woman working there whom I believe is new and training gave me the wrong order. Instead of my regular footlong I got a 6’.
