The worker there was extremely sweet although she had a long line she was super nice but Shame on whoever runs this place having one worker working on her own during rush hour 12pm when everyone goes on a lunch break.
Kena the subway employee at the Palm Beach Lakes site did an amazing job from her customer service, acts of kindness, and ability to deliver a perfect sandwich was greatly appreciated.
I came at 7:24 store closes at 8. I would understand if it’s 7:50 because I work retail so I understand. Telling me you close with a nasty attitude was just distasteful. I was really craving subway because I haven’t had it in a while.
