Ordered a sandwich through door dash and it had a long strand of blonde hair in it , tried to call to have fixed no answer if you value clean food don't go here

Enjoy their subs and if you use the app you get great deals. I would not walk in and just buy a sub. Use the app. Staff sometimes has an attitude as if you are bothering them while they are watching videos on their phone. Use the app and save yourself time, money, and headaches.

Food is good, but one of the workers blasted the speakers so loud it was very uncomfortable, disturbing, and rude. Could hardly hear to take my order and it caused me ear pain. I know some of the employees are cool and professional, my sister, who they call a VIP, are very friendly with her. I've only been here twice so I'm trying to be fair, but the atmosphere was unacceptable. I nearly walked out, but didn't want to have to waste gas money to go somewhere else.

Just not a good deal for the money. Basic sub was $14. And if it didn't have vegetables it would have only had bread. BARELY any meat at all. Compare this franchise to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's and it's not even a close comparison. I hadn't gone to a Subway in over a year due to an issue at another one but this will definitely be my last time. You'd be better off grabbing a gas station sub.
