They charged me $22 for a foot-long sandwich, and they charge extra for lettuce and other toppings. This Subway store is a rip-off to their customers.

They are really good at their job and customer service
This store is unwilling to honor corporate marketing campaign coupons as written. The coupons that most everybody gets in their mailbox are specifically written with items that aren't included in the special pricing and that is understandable. It understandably spells out exactly what is excluded. What is not acceptable is going to the location and having the manager tell us that he will accept corporate coupons, but with additional restrictions that aren't described on the coupon.
