Worst management
Beware. This subway location does not issue refunds to customers. My brother placed an accidental online order to the wrong subway location: 15906 Shady Grove Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. He called the store immediately after placing the order, but the store manager refused to refund his money when he canceled the online order. The manager kept his money. This was an awful customer experience.
Great prices
They don't take coupons and homeless people hang out outside and in the lobby. One time I saw a cockroach on the floor. Staff are mean.
