The wheat bread is so rubbery that the cooks have to assist the knife while cutting. It's severely chewy and tough. The foam bread conditioners must have been put back in
Really slow service, I was the third person in line and it was a 30 minute wait for a sandwich. If there's anyone in line at all just go somewhere else.
