Ordered in app. Asked in the notes for my sandwiches to be cut in half because we’ve ordered at this location before and subs were not cut. I walk in and every employee but one was lounging in the lobby. Employee behind the counter asks if I am “Audrey”, I said yes ma’am. She tells me “all our subs are cut in half.” I said well I’ve ordered from here before and the subs weren’t cut that’s why I asked. Customer service was very poor. No good morning, no Smiles, no thank you. Clearly she’d rather be somewhere else. To be honest ever though the sandwich was delicious, I don’t know think I’d visit that location again.
