If I could rate 0 stars I would. This Subway location is a perfect example of how poor management can ruin a brand’s reputation. The owner was not only dismissive but outright condescending when I asked about a coupon that had expired by only one week. If every employee would make my sandwich the same that would be awesome. Yet, there is always that one employee who wants to be stingy with the pickles. Black olives and pickles, that's it. Either charge me extra or put the unholy amount on them like every other employees do for me. CONSISTENCY.
Don’t mobile order if you’re needing your order in a timely manner. They will help walk-ins before the mobile orders. But….. if your needing to use a coupon you have to place the order on the mobile app as this location will not accept coupons.
