Very bad service he didn’t listen very attitude I have ever visit again
I used to go to the subway all the time, but after many many times of being dissatisfied I will not be back . This has become one of the worst subways in Cleveland. I have placed online orders here and they just say they’re on break and they didn’t get it. I did not get my money back. Most time when we go up there they just say they’re on break and yell at you and say they’re closed. All the ingredients are half frozen and mixed up and disgusting. Not sure who was working there but he needs to be fired for DOING HIS JOB!!!!! No one was around no line nothing. He had an attitude when i said first sandwich is this and then he gave me the nastiest look ever and attitude ever said i wanted 3 sandwiches made. Then i had a coupon and he said scan here im like where to scan it and HE YANK the coupon out of my hand and did it himself. Service and food suck, bread stay hard, and the workers always closing early or closed for 20mins don’t recommend go to a different establishment.
