I ordered a footlong tuna sandwich yesterday and realized immediately after placing the order that it had been sent to the wrong Subway location. I called right away, but no one answered despite several attempts. After about 30 minutes, someone finally picked up. The employee was extremely rude. Terrible service!
I love subway but the person who was making my food sounded super annoyed and rude. and at the end of my service when i was paying.. he scratched his parts. then handed my receipt. i was so disgusted, he put on gloves on making my food so i know he didnt touch it. But now i have food poisoning. This happened sunday night at 8:00pm its monday 10:00 am and im sick in bed insanely nauseous. I am extremely disappointed in subway because its my favorite place.
