This is probably the worst subway in new york. They dont put the standard amount of meat on your sandwich and when you call them out they justify by making things up. I was there earlier today, ordered 12” The Beast with double meat. The Beast is advertised as half a pound of meat PER ORDER so by ordering double meat, you should expect a big sandwich. horrible customer service the lady is extremely rude and laughs at everything. she speaks to you as if you were dumb. first experience was bad i came back a second time was still horrible
Employee was very kind to me in a time of need
The lady with scarf was so rude. I ordered 2 foot long dipper, one with chicken and cheese and one with cheese. She was super slow and started to prepare. She wasn’t following the rule and made the sandwiches 6 inches with less chicken and cheese. I politely asked her to make my next one foot long and so that she can filled up properly cheese. i ordered on the app for pickup while i was in store lady stared at my receipt for 10 whole minutes before doing anything and then took 30 more minutes to TOAST BREAD while i was sat there looking at her, messed up my order completely while staring at the recipit while making it and then threw my sandwich on the counter without saying a word. the only thing she didnt mess up was getting my cookie
