Subway, you or the Department of Health need to investigate this location. On July 6, 2026, around noon, I purchased a footlong sandwich with Rotisserie Chicken. After taking one bite, I immediately noticed the taste was off. I opened the sandwich and found that the chicken was clearly spoiled—soggy, slimy, and rancid. My boyfriend and I placed an order through the app, we ordered 2 footlong meals, we go inside to pick up our order and the worker is feeling the bag and realizes he made us 2 6” sandwiches instead and said he’d fix that, ok great no worries we told him to take his time because there was another customer in the store. He gives us only 1 new sandwich and says that it makes 2 footlongs even though the 2 6” were completely different orders.
