I’ve been coming to this Subway for a long time, and it used to be a reliable spot for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the customer service has gotten unbelievably bad. I’ve been coming to this Subway forever, but yeah… I’m done. The customer service is terrible, especially this one female worker who clearly hates her job. She was rude the whole time and then tried to overcharge us and straight up lied about the price when we called it out—all because she didn’t feel like accepting a coupon. As a long-time customer of this location, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I recently experienced. There is a female employee who was particularly rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. I used to LOVE coming here, like this was always my go-to spot, but I’m honestly so done after what happened. There’s a lady who works there who is incredibly rude for no reason.
