Ordered roast beef foot long & cranberry cheesecake cookies thru UberEats app. I payed for 50% more meat which was ignored and I’m pretty sure the meat was not roast beef but some sort of chopped beef or steak. Yuk! I ate half and threw away the other half. They sent macadamia nut cookies. Not what I ordered. I haven’t had Subways in years and now I remember why.
They are doing shady business at this Subway. Twice I've ordered through the Uber Eats app and they don't have the item. The person in the restaurant will wait until the delivery person is there to pick up the food, and use the delivery person's phone to call me to tell me they don't have the item and I should cancel from my phone. The server never used the cash register to say how much items cost. He took my money and the woman behind me without ringing it up. Charged me almost $20.00 for sandwich, chips and juice without ringing it up. It took him almost 5 minutes to come from the back of the store; then he served the woman who came in after me.
Might be the worst subway I’ve ever gone to. There hasn’t been a single time that I’ve gone here that they have ever gotten my order correct. I came in today for a pick up order and they said they were closed even though they closed at 10pm and refused to give me a refund or let the morning staff know so I can get my sandwich. Not only that but the worker was extremely rude and screamed at me multiple times throughout the conversation. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
