The service here was awful. The servers were extremely annoyed with my asking for certain items or clarification. They charged me for extra add ons I never asked for and refused to give me money back. The three servers were hostile and unwilling to calmly hear me out. The atmosphere felt prejudiced as if had I been “one of their own” they would’ve treated me better.
I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken sandwich for my pregnant wife, and an Italian Herbs and Cheese with Tuna for myself. The employee warmed both sandwiches together, which apparently caused my wife's chicken to remain cold. When I got home (I live just around the corner), the chicken was literally frozen cold. This location I like cause it's around parkchester and it's clean but like some of the workers are rude I'm sorry but some of those people I do not know why is it that they are like rude as if they don't want or like doing they're job and not sounding racist but some of them are mostly Indians that work in these places
