😂 No surprise they have a 3 star rating. Refused to charge the appropriate amount listed on the website and app. I would love for the owner/operator to contact me. Update. I just read through some reviews, it all tracks.
Fresh food, fast service, and friendly staff. One of the best Subway locations I’ve visited!
I ordered online 1 sandwich. Money has been taken from my account. Went to store at pick up time. No record of my purchase on there computer. Showed my receipt to the man there. He checked computer and said nothing he can do. I asked him who I would contact to resolve this then and he said I don't know maybe the app. I demanded him to call his manager who did not answer. This subway doesn’t honor the subway app discounts. It’s concerning they want to be apart of the subway franchise and reap the benefits of a national brand to pull you in, and then pull the rug on you at the register. I wouldn’t trust their food given the way they operate.
