I ordered some subs through the app, and then about 10 minutes later received an email that my order had been canceled and to call for more info. I called the stores number and no one answered and never received a call back.
I came in with a couple of special needs young adults. The guy who took my order looked upset we came in. He kept throwing the cheese slices, and the way he asked what toppings I wanted, it was like I was bothering him. I had to tell him not to put the brown lettuce on my sandwich. Witnessed employee get confused over how many foot longs were ordered and proceeded to yell and curse at customers. Seemed like employee was intoxicated. Bad service very rude
Ordered online at this Subway across Walmart on Herndon and Clovis, horrible service by a Indian man. This is actually the second time I’ve dealt with him. The first time was about 2 months ago he was real bothered by me trying to use a BOGO coupon.
