I have purchased lunch from this location a few times, and recently had questions about a large pick-up order I had for an important Training class. Not only was the team helpful in answering a few questions, but we're beyond friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that it was taken care of on time. This is by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've met at a Subway location! If a member of the leadership team happens to see this, know you are fortunate to have the crew that helped me today.
Probably the best employee's there, I stop in for lunch during work hours and make friends with everyone there, they do great work and are just all around amazing people

This is an good Subway, with consistent quality in a plaza just a little ways from Route 2 on Tyler. Usually clean restrooms and decent food and service. My oven roasted chicken was delicious and made to order right in front of me. I got the 6 inch multi grain wheat toasted with my choice of vegies. Got my wife a 6 inch and got the 3 for 2 cookies! I love this subway on tyler blvd. I don’t live in mentor but I come all the way from were I live or even on break at work to come see the most amazing people and atmosphere. This is the only place that you can laugh and joke around with the employees back and forth banter with out getting up tight lol. My kids even love coming here just to talk with the workers. And I come in once a week lol just for the fun. Thank you guys brandi
