Make sure you physically go in to this location and stand in line and watch them make your sandwich. Otherwise- you’ll get at least day old bread. Mine was sooo hard and stale I didn’t even want to eat the damn thing. Was super excited to quickly run in after ordering online only to get home and pull the sub out of the bag and it was rock hard!! Extremely disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience on Tuesday morning (March 10) at the Subway on Diamond Centre Drive in Mentor, OH. I first arrived at 8:00 AM because the sign on the door clearly says the store opens at 8:00. However, the store was not open yet. I came back again at around 8:30 AM and it was finally open, but the employee still did not seem ready to serve customers.
