This is one of the worst subways I have been in to lately. The girl women spoke almost no English and gave me a hard time about what I was ordering. Then I had to tell her what came on the nachos, even though it was right there on the board. She had her ear buds in, so she was either on the phone or listening to music. The fountain drinks do not work and barely any chip selection. Inside was not very clean and the whole experience makes me not want to go back.
My husband went to get us subs. They had everything. And then when it got down to the last part with the condiments they had no mayo. So my husband asked for packets. The worker then refused to give him more than two packets for an entire footlong. I wouldn’t be complaining if they had mayo to put on it but seriously? They couldn’t give us enough to even equal the amount of mayo they’re supposed to put on the sub from the bottle?? So now I’m stuck eating a dryer than dry sandwich. Will not come back to this one. Came at 230 for one CBR, the chicken came out the toaster cold, bacon as well. Asked them if something was wrong with the toaster and they said no and just put it back in, ruining the sub. Workers don’t care. Beware of the chicken.
So it’s Monday morning and I get here at 8:20 and Subway is closed even though your hours in-store and online both say 8:00 AM. I figured maybe you were running behind, so I came back at 8:58. The lights were on and it looked open, but I stood inside for about five minutes and nobody ever came out or acknowledged me. You should probably update your posted hours if you’re not actually going to be open at the time listed. Pretty disappointing customer service experience this morning.
