Visited at 12:30 pm. Only bread available was white or wheat. I was told “we got a late start today”. Checking out I was told there was no ice for my drink. The machine had been out of service for a while. Then after paying $9.05 for a 6 inch veggie sub and drink I realized I had been over charged. I questioned the difference between the posted sign and receipt. I was told there was no tab on the register for my veggie sub. He had to pick the closest one, which was higher? Are you kidding me? Make sure you physically go in to this location and stand in line and watch them make your sandwich. Otherwise- you’ll get at least day old bread. Mine was sooo hard and stale I didn’t even want to eat the damn thing. Was super excited to quickly run in after ordering online only to get home and pull the sub out of the bag and it was rock hard!! Extremely disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience on Tuesday morning (March 10) at the Subway on Diamond Centre Drive in Mentor, OH. I first arrived at 8:00 AM because the sign on the door clearly says the store opens at 8:00. However, the store was not open yet. I came back again at around 8:30 AM and it was finally open, but the employee still did not seem ready to serve customers.
