Came at 230 for one CBR, the chicken came out the toaster cold, bacon as well. Asked them if something was wrong with the toaster and they said no and just put it back in, ruining the sub. Workers don’t care. Beware of the chicken.
So it’s Monday morning and I get here at 8:20 and Subway is closed even though your hours in-store and online both say 8:00 AM. I figured maybe you were running behind, so I came back at 8:58. The lights were on and it looked open, but I stood inside for about five minutes and nobody ever came out or acknowledged me. You should probably update your posted hours if you’re not actually going to be open at the time listed. Pretty disappointing customer service experience this morning.
Outstanding service, only the best of the best work at this location. Despite being short staffed most of the time, the few people who do work there put in their best effort and never once disappoint. My favorite Subway in Lake County Ohio!
Visited at 12:30 pm. Only bread available was white or wheat. I was told “we got a late start today”. Checking out I was told there was no ice for my drink. The machine had been out of service for a while. Then after paying $9.05 for a 6 inch veggie sub and drink I realized I had been over charged. I questioned the difference between the posted sign and receipt. I was told there was no tab on the register for my veggie sub. He had to pick the closest one, which was higher? Are you kidding me? Make sure you physically go in to this location and stand in line and watch them make your sandwich. Otherwise- you’ll get at least day old bread. Mine was sooo hard and stale I didn’t even want to eat the damn thing. Was super excited to quickly run in after ordering online only to get home and pull the sub out of the bag and it was rock hard!! Extremely disappointing.
