Went here on 09/18/2025 at around 3:30 PM, got a sandwich. The lady pressed some buttons pretty quick and the tip never popped up on the machine. I paid with touchless apple pay and never touched the screen but some how the tip option got selected and tipped them $2.23. I asked the woman and she stated that they dont have any tip option on their side, the customer selects it. I never clicked anything though. Worker is slow, I arrive here before everyone else with a pre placed order and the lady behind the counter starts working on everyone elses order before mine. Then the restrooms are closed had to wait about 30mina just for one sandwich
Didn’t take coupons even after speaking with them on the phone first. Sandwiches had little to no meat. All bread and lettuce. Today I remembered why I don’t go there anymore.
