They are great every time!
Love this Subway so much. The workers Ashu and Prasanna are always very nice to me. Always very clean inside as well. They also have some really good meal deals that other locations don’t have.
The slowest subway I’ve ever been to. Often only has one person working sometimes two never been there less than 20 minutes except today when I left before getting food because the man in front of me said he’d been there for 40 minutes already thanks to him I didn’t waste my whole lunch break waiting. Management needs to do better or at least decline pick up orders
This store and many others are in violation with the contractual agreement they have in place with the corporate office pertaining to coupons. There is absolutely no reason at all that when I walk in with a coupon for a foot long sub for $6.99 and excludes only roast beef and the beast that I be told that I can only get the meatball or cold cut and when I point out what the coupon is for and what's excluded I get told that it is only at participating locations and that they don't participate. Spinach was soggy and gross, bread was stale, server was rude. The worst was the ice had mold in it!!! They were not too concerned. Health Dept is going to be notified. DO NOT eat at W Main Kalamazoo.
