Spinach was soggy and gross, bread was stale, server was rude. The worst was the ice had mold in it!!! They were not too concerned. Health Dept is going to be notified. DO NOT eat at W Main Kalamazoo.

I would not recommend this location ever. Will not be coming here again and it is just down the street from where I live. There was a power outage due to a storm that hit Kalamazoo and it was a Friday at lunch time and it was busy and I understood that and I did not mind waiting my turn. They had a special running for that location only according to their sign which was a footlong sub, chips and a 20 oz drink for nine dollars and 99 cents which I thought was an amazing deal. They skimped on the meat and cheese and the sub was just over 4 inches long. I won‘t be going back.
We are very sorry we came in 30 min to close and orderd food when we came in instead of just leaving when we got there also thank you for not using all the ingredients that we asked for on it more than once dont come here 1/2 hr to close they will let you know that they are very unhappy and have alot to do after 8pm personally worked at a subway and it didnt start shut down till after close so so so sorry wont happen again
