Classic Indian Owned Franchisee that skimps on everything. Don't expect the pictures in the app or menu to represent what you will receive. This is the Patel Restaurant Cartel at its finest.
Worker behind the counter was extremely disrespectful. Would not accept my gift card, which was valid for use. I told her I no longer wanted the food and she told me I had to pay full price. Then asked me for a tip. Are you kidding??? What a joke of a restaurant
Bread was stale, cookies were stale, meat tasted like it’s spoiled. Restaurant wasn’t clean and had trash and liquid on the floor. The staff was friendly though! Wish the food was better.
Went in with a coupon for two foot longs for $12.99. They had signs posted to let them know if you have a coupon which I did. The person behind the counter then proceeds to tell us all the things the coupon doesn’t apply to. I know for a fact (as I read the conditions on the coupon) that the only thing that it doesn’t cover is the chicken bacon ranch footling XL. I wasn’t getting that.
