The workers unfortunately are unable to read receipts and understand any type of situation ever. My doordasher got into a car accident and had to be rushed to the hospital so I wasn't able to get my food, however I was refunded for it. I placed a second order to get it made again but the workers refused to remake my order even though it was very clearly a second transaction and they had proof of purchase. Jason and Natalie are absolutely AWESOME!!!! EVERY TIME I GO THERE, MY SUB IS ALWAYS FRESH AND MADE PERFECTLY!! Had a great experience, food was good, and place was clean.
The older lady with glasses and long black hair is rude! I was ordering sandwiches for my family and in the middle of my order she tries to take care of the lady behind me. I told her I still had another sandwich. She never asked me if I needed more or not. Just jumped to the next person. The lady taking my order got snippy when I told her I had one more sandwich to get. Well honey found out I'm not the one. She asked me three times what cheese I wanted.
