I always enjoy my visits to Subway in Countryside. I would like to give a big shout out to Juana. She’s very patient and provides great customer service. Today, I went to get a fresh footlong when I noticed a construction workerordering 6 footlongs. Even with big orders, she has dedication and great pace. . I visited your Subway location around 8:30 PM on August 6, 2025, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. An older Mexican woman working at the time spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. She told me I needed to hurry up with my sandwich order because she had to close in half an hour.
